The European Standard states that products should be certified. For peace of mind, always make sure you see the third party certificates.

We will present a detailed playground quotation package with guarantees and the relevant test certificates to prove compliance to current safety standards.

Parts Delivery

We have spare parts are in stock, and readily available. So you don't have to wait 28 days for delivery with Playdale. 

In-house Installation Teams

Our own fully-trained, permanent Installation Teams will ensure that your play equipment will be installed to the European Standard.

Dedicated Inspection and Maintenance Staff

Our dedicated Inspection and Maintenance staff are also experienced installers, and are available to offer quick service.

Installation, Inspections and Maintenance Schedules

A comprehensive support pack is provided for all play equipment in accordance with European Standard requirements, including detailed installation, inspection and maintenance schedules.

Post-Installation Inspection

Should you require a post-installation inspection, we are happy for this to be carried out by one of the independent experts in this field. Clearly Labelled Products As demanded by the European Standard, all Playdale playground equipment is clearly marked with the product reference number and year of supply. The Kitemark is also clearly displayed. Make sure all products are correctly labelled by the supplier.

Playdale is part of the Croasdale Family Group, owned and run by John Croasdale and his sister Gillian, who represent the ninth generation of Croasdales to have worked in forestry and allied timber trades since 1735.Come and see our new Factory and Offices We are now firmly established in our new purpose-built factory and offices. If you are in the Lake District you are welcome to come and see us - there will always be someone here to look after you and show you round.
