Design Engineer
The Role
- A key role for a self-motivated individual to build a career with excellent prospects for the future.
- Reporting to our Technical & Operations Director you will work as part of our Product Development Team. Your primary responsibility will be the design and development of new and existing product ranges.
- You will be required to work closely with suppliers, clients and all areas of the business.
The Person
- Applicants should be qualified to HND or degree level in Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering / Design based subjects as a minimum or have comparable industrial experience.
- Experience of 3D CAD packages is essential and experience of Solidworks would be beneficial. Have a creative mind and an aptitude for problem solving.
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- It is important that you have the ability to work as part of a team, a willingness to learn, are able to communicate well and have a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Show enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism at all times.
