Playground Partnerships offer one lucky school £10,000 to develop their play area

Schools can receive up to £10,000 towards the cost of a new playground, by applying for funding through The Kids Trust's Playground Partnerships Awards scheme.
This is a great project to get children involved with as a design portfolio must be submitted, for which a pupil-led approach is encouraged.
First prize is £10,000, while there are a further 10 runner-up prizes of £250 each. To enter the awards, register at the Playground Partnerships website - but, hurry, the deadline is 19th March, 2010.
