SPRINGS
All springs are manufactured from 18mm diameter high quality
spring steel. After coiling, the spring is phosphorised
and then coated with a tough, durable polyester paint. |

COLOURED
BODY PANELS
15mm thick solid coloured polyethylene board. This specially
formulated material requires little or no maintenance, can
be 100% recycled, is UV stabilised with a 5 year guarantee
against fading and is non toxic in accordance with the Toy
Directive EN 71. |

SEATS
All seats and standing surfaces are manufactured from 15mm
polyethylene with a slip resistant 3mm surface. |

Pressed steel plates with galvanised finish. |

MOULDED
PARTS
Custom made from tough, durable nylon in a range
of colours.

CAPS
All nuts and bolts are covered with custom made plastic
caps to give a smooth, safe and tamper resistant fixing

BOLTS
All bolts are stainless steel (grade A2) or corrosion
resistant treated steel bolts.
