Our own graphic artists provide artwork based on either your own ideas or created from their own imagination. Our customers are always amazed at the result.

For visual enhancement, educational purposes or purely for fun, theming is an opportunity for you to add a unique dimension to the children’s play by using colourful and imaginative graphics. From the provision of a simple sign to elaborate entrance ways, equipment panels or stand alone play boards - the potential is endless.

Panels are initially spray painted with a firm base before our artists hand paint your chosen design. We have themed play areas for schools, family pubs, caravan sites - and for very prestigious organisations such as the National Trust, English Heritage, our national zoos and world wide charities.

As with our playground design and quotation work, all our graphic design work is free of charge.

The Falkirk Wheel Mountain Tower (left) included themed panels, painted timber poles and tube slide graphics. The Encounter (middle) unit was created in custom CGL colours with roof graphics. The Little Hamlet unit (right) was created in custom colours with a themed tunnel. The entire area was surfaced with themed wetpour.

CGL Panels
The CGL panels on Little Hamlets and The Jukebox units are easy and inexpensive to theme. We offer a choice of standard designs (which includes the ‘Acorn’ theme left), or we can adapt your company logo, local history, nursery rhymes...

Educational
Your theming can be educational as well as attractive. For Carsington Water we themed an Eiger Mountain Tower with the water cycle, presented by the company motif, “Mr Tap”, and a fun depiction of summer visitors on Carsington Lake, Derbyshire.

Wigwam Panels
Wigwam panels are available with Owl, Eagle or Buffalo designs, each with their own unique colour

Murals
Our in-house graphic artists can produce custom illustrations for your playground using your own (or your children's) ideas, or can produce an image from scratch to meet your approval. The mural below was created to promote a healthy lifestyle for children.

Adapted Company Logos
At Stormont House in Belfast we adapted the elk motif on slide panels and in the wetpour safer surfacing. The Mountain Tower installed there was also stained to blend in with the surrounding woodland.

Entrance Facades
Custom made themed entrance facades can add huge visual impact to your playground
