We’re happy to report that our customer survey analysis for 2009 – 2010 shows that 98 per cent of our clients are satisfied or very satisfied with their experience of working with Playdale. Our customer service questionnaires are sent out on completion of each order and the responses are collated and used to measure performance.
At Playdale we’re continually building on the services we provide and striving to improve standards; Sales and Marketing Director Barry Leahey believes gaining customer feedback is a vital part of this. He said: “We are proud of the 98 per cent success rate we have achieved in providing excellent customer service during what has been a phenomenally busy year for the play industry.
