Playdale Spares Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.  This 14 day returns policy is to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

• We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product.
• The returned product is unused enabling us to re-sell the product as new.

We will give a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy.  We will not refund the original delivery charges or the cost of returning the product to us.

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product we will not provide a refund for this product.

Return

1. Your returns form would have been attached to your email order confirmation. If you cannot find this please ‘click here’ to download.
2. Please complete the returns form and return it with the product.
3. Once Playdale have received the product (and it is in its original condition) a refund will be made to the account which you used at time of purchase. Please note this will be for the product value only.
