About me:

I live near Bolton with my wife and two kids. We like to go for days out as often as we can to places like the Lake District or Southport beach. I recently completed the UK Ironman Triathlon, which consists of a 2.4m lake swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26 mile run.  It took over 12 hours to complete and I raised over £1000 for charity in the process.

Best thing about my job:

Without a doubt seeing the kids playing on the finished play area is what makes this job special. I visited a Stockport school recently I overheard a young girl enthusiastically telling her friends “I’ve done it, I’ve done it!” She had managed to climb over the Scramble Climber for the very first time and she was beaming with pride!

Favourite playground:

Braithwaite Play Area in Lowton.  We’re installing a playground here soon and it will have a mixture of toddler and junior equipment from our Little Hamlet Plus range and Big City range.  The PBRM surface looks great and saves the Council a huge amount of time as the previous surface was sand.

What our customers say...

“We are very pleased with the new Playdale unit installed at the Zoo's Adventure Playground. The new unit is already proving very popular and has been a very successful addition to the play area."
Nick Jackson, Director, The Welsh Mountain Zoo
"Playdale have done an amazing job on our new woodland play trail. From the moment I met Paul, I felt our new venture was in safe hands. The design and installation was really professional and there was always someone on hand to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend Playdale, they have transformed our woodland into an exciting play area that the visitors just can't get enough of."
Jayne Chapman, Home Farm, Cheshire
