Pontyberem’s Community Council is a dynamic group of volunteers who have recently completely transformed what was the tired village park’s playground play area in need of much repair, into an awesome, exciting fun-packed hub for everyone at the heart of the community.

Pantside is a small residential area set in the rolling hills of Newbridge in Caerphilly, Wales. This play project came to fruition due to the lack of outdoor play facilities in the village. In October 2018 Pantside Association of Residents and Tenants (PART) secured £250,000 of National Lottery’s Big Lottery funding to install not one, but two new play areas and a multi-use games area (MUGA) for the whole community to enjoy!
