Lisa – Operational Sales and Customer Care Manager

Ever since I joined Playdale in 2004 I have been proud and passionate about our products, through the knowledge that their quality and design are some of the best on the market. During my time at Playdale I’ve held various roles within the company which has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience about the company and its products.


Andrew – RPII Playground Inspector

Back in 1993 I began working for Playdale as an Installer and then a Fabricator. Three years later in 1996 I started carrying out Operational Inspections all around the UK which led me to become what I am today, a Register Of Play Inspectors International (RPII) Independent Inspector. A regular playground inspection regime is so important and I find this an extremely rewarding role.


Andy – Playground Maintenance Engineer

I started at Playdale back in October 2000 on a temporary contract and loved it so much that 18 years later I am still here! I began in the Installations team as a Labourer and worked my way up to become Team Leader in 2004. I then spent a great year delivering playground equipment all over the UK. 2007 was when I became a Playground Maintenance Engineer which I’m still very much enjoying working as today!


Chris – Playground Maintenance Engineer

I’ve been a member of the Playground Maintenance Engineers team since 2005. I’m a time-served Joiner with qualifications up to NVQ Level 3 along with a Construction Management GNVQ qualification. It’s always great to see what a long life our playground equipment has, it really does stand the test of time!


Paul – Playground Maintenance Engineer

I became a member of the Playdale Installation team in 2002, working my way up to the Team Leader position. Since 2014 I’ve been working alongside Chris and Andy as a Playground Maintenance Engineer. I love making sure our equipment is in tip-top condition to provide hours of fun for children all over the UK.


Carla – Customer Care Coordinator

I joined Playdale in 2008 and since then have worked in a variety of departments, gaining invaluable knowledge about all aspects of the company. I began on Reception, transferred over to Sales before joining the Customer Care team in 2016. I love my job and take great pride in what I do.


Heather – Customer Care Coordinator

When I joined Playdale in 2015 I began in the Sales team which gave me an essential insight and knowledge into our products and company. I then moved over into Customer Care where I have a varied role that I absolutely love, especially helping our customers over the phone on a daily basis.


Kelly – Customer Care Coordinator

I’m the newest member of the Customer Care team, having joined Playdale in 2017. Since joining I’ve gained a huge amount of  experience in a relatively short space of time, not only in Customer Care but within the Sales team too.
