From Playground Testers to Work Experience Stars

From Playground Testers to Work Experience Stars

Welcoming new members to the Playdale family is always a joy, but it’s especially exciting when they have a history with us. We’re thrilled to introduce Holly and Reuben, two bright young people who have been a part of our #team since they can remember!

Holly’s Mum, Sarah Spencer, has been with Playdale for an impressive 24 years, and we’re thrilled to see Holly following in her footsteps. Currently pursuing her degree in Modern Languages, Spanish, and Italian at the University of Leeds, Holly has joined us this summer to learn all about our sales process and customer service, and we’re excited to have her on board.
Similarly, Reuben, the son of our Global Business Development Manager, Paul Battye, has recently completed Year 10 and is spending some time with our Marketing and Visualisation team to develop his knowledge of design. We’re excited to see him learn the ropes of the design world with us. Both Holly and Reuben have also previously worked with us as Playground Test Engineers, testing the latest play equipment before it was launched. We’re thrilled to see them now gain a taste of the business world, and we have no doubt that they will make valuable contributions during their time with us.

We’re proud to see the next generation of play experts growing and developing within our team, carrying forward the values and ethos that make us who we are. We’re excited to see what the future holds for Holly and Reuben, and we’re grateful to have them on board. Here at Playdale, we’re more than just a company – we’re a family, and we’re thrilled to welcome our newest member’s home!
